Terms and Conditions

1. All the listed items(branded) are replica unless it is stated otherwise.

2. All the price of the items are fixed(firm) unless it is stated otherwise(negotiable).

3. Buyers are to bear all the mailing costs(postage costs), and the mailing costs will be informed to buyer who confirms to buy the item.

4. No refund or exchange of items are allowed if anything happen DURING shipment.

5. All items are 100% brand new and in great condition unless it is stated otherwise(eg. second hand etc.).

6. We are not responsible for any losses or damages made during shipment.

7. Interested buyers are able to get the desired products in a first come first serve basis(eg. those who order the product first will be served first.)

8. Once payment is made, we will not entertain any cancel order and no refund as well. Therefore, buyers are to make sure everything including the details of the products before proceed to make an order. If buyers find that the product's descriptions are limited, buyers may ask us for more informations by mailing to our email address and we will reply ASAP. =)

9. All products will be checked before mailing to minimize risk of defects.

10. When buyer has confirmed about the purchase, the product involved will be put 'on-hold' for 3 days, until we receive the payment(this include cheque payment). Otherwise, the product will be made available for sale again.

11. Most of the watches are limited. Therefore, when these watches are sold, it is hardly for them to be available again, unless buyers are really interested, then they can make an order to us through e-mail, and we will try to order for you. =)

Postage Method is through Pos Laju or cash on delivery if the location suits us. For estimation of the postage rate, please refer to http://www.pos.com.my/V1/main2.asp?c=/v1/tariff/parcel/parcel.asp. =)

Details of buyer should be mentioned when they are interested in the products by sending to us through the email stated. Negotiation or informations can be discussed personally through e-mail. =)

Payment Method : Buyers can pay us either by cheque, Maybank 2U, CIMB click, bank in to our bank account or cash on collection(COC) if the location suits us. (account number will only be given to buyer who confirms to buy the product, again through mail). =)
